If so, what is the probability of having that teacher return? Yes. In that case you can let us know the length of time and the need (classroom, schedule, etc.) and we will do our best to ensure that the teacher is available. If for any reason the teacher is on another assignment at the time of your need, we will ensure that an equally qualified teacher is sent to your location. Once the teacher originally requested becomes available, we can then honor your request
Yes. A flat fee of $250.00 is required to maintain a permanent ECE staff member. You are welcome to retain an employee on a temporary basis as long as your company desires.
Do they have hands on experience? Are they comfortable stepping into a classroom and running it without knowing the children and staff? The education level of ECE teachers ranges from CDA/Associates to Graduate Level degrees. Some may be enrolled in school at the time of hire, however all staff is required to have at least 2 Years of experience in working with children and/or administration. ECE’s training process equips all staff to be able to perform well in various classroom settings. They are also made aware of the challenges of working in unfamiliar settings and are encouraged to be flexible and confident in their abilities.
